Is MoveMachine new to the property market, set up simply to cash in on selling HIPs?

Absolutely not. MoveMachine is part of the ESPC group which has been operating successfully in the property market for 37 years. MoveMachine is more than just a pack provider. We also offer a property portal, allowing free advertising for members and a range of financial services products, all designed to allow members to thrive in a changing market.

Will upfront costs be financed?

We provide a range of finance options including vendor upfront or deferred payment and business to business finance.

How will the HIP be delivered?

The HIP will be compiled electronically and made available at movemachine.com. Additionally HIPs can be made available in printed format, on a memory stick or CD.

Can we use our own logo on a MoveMachine HIP?

Yes.

How will MoveMachine ensure that quality standards are met?

Online HIP tracking will be available and all MoveMachine partners will be required to operate within the terms of strict Service Level Agreements. We are a member of the Association of Home Information Pack Providers and are fully signed up to the HIP code.

If there is a problem with an individual HIP, will MoveMachine provide support and answer queries?

MoveMachine has a dedicated customer services team to provide support online and by phone. Plus a local account manager will always be on hand to provide all the help and support you will need.

Will MoveMachine expect a fee for enabling estate agents and solicitors to work together?

No. We are not a panel manager. We do not dictate fees or expect a referral fee of any sort. We believe that local relationships are key to the property industry. That's why we won't charge for bringing local businesses together.

How will MoveMachine earn income?

MoveMachine will charge a small margin which will be included on the overall HIP price.
